Accessory Building $  50.00 Plus $.05 / sq. ft.

COMMERCIAL ZONING FEES    (Effective Jan. 1st, 2020)

New Construction $200.00 Plus $.10 / sq. ft.
Gas or Oil Well $500.00
Cell Tower Fee $250.00       ($200.00 Per Addition)
Appeals Fee $250.00
Conditional Use $250.00
